By accessing the B2B portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these ISI specific Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Services Provided
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services or offerings at any time.
User Registration and Account Management
– Each account is assigned a role (Distributor, Contractor, or Government) with specific pricing and features.
– Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access. Credentials can be altered by ISI at anytime or for any reason.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or policy violations.
Orders, Payments, and Transactions
– All orders are subject to approval and availability, and must be accepted through email confirmation by ISI.
– Pricing varies by customer category, history and may include volume-based discounts.
– Payment terms are 50% deposit with any order and 50% upon shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon by ISI in writing ahead of order.
– Orders are confirmed within 72 hours, with shipment notifications provided once deposits are processed.
– Proof of delivery documents will be uploaded for customer reference.
Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment
– Customers must review and accept these Terms and Conditions before submitting a purchase order.
– A record of acknowledgment will be stored for compliance purposes for each order.
Intellectual Property
– All platform content, including text, graphics, and proprietary technology, belongs to Innovative Shotlining Inc.(ISI).
– Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform content is prohibited.
Warranties and Disclaimers
– Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
– All equipment must be used for its intended use only.
– All products must be stored in a climate controlled chamber, for no longer than 6 months from date of purchase and with no exposure to weather (rain, snow, sleet)
– We do not guarantee outcomes from third-party vendors using our platform.
– We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Limitation of Liability
Innovative Shotlining Inc. (ISI) shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from:
– Use or inability to use the portal
– Delays in product delivery or service fulfillment
– Transactions conducted with third-party suppliers or service providers
– Wrongful use of product or equipment
– Transactions conducted with third-party suppliers or service providers
Third-Party Links and Vendors
– The portal may contain links to external vendors and suppliers.
– We do not endorse or assume responsibility for external content, policies, or business practices.
– Any disputes regarding third-party transactions must be resolved directly with the respective vendor.
Security & Access Control
– The platform is protected with SSL encryption for secure transactions.
– Only authorized users with valid credentials can access the portal.
– Optional two-factor authentication may be implemented by ISI at anytime for enhanced security.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Innovative Shotlining Inc. (ISI) from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these ISI Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
